If your Videos are original and believe there is no audio or video that includes copyright

Then After You Sill Get Copyright Issues What to do then, Here is the Answer.

If you believe the copyright claim is unfounded, then submit a Counter Notification for each video to get the strike removed. If you are doing the same thing as any "live reaction" video , then make sure that YOU have no content from the program in question  and reacting to it.

 After Counter Notification You can choose the option that all content in the video was created by you (or similar). Follow the instructions and then submit the counter notification. The company will receive it, and they must within 10-14 business days respond. If they don't, then YouTube will Reinstate your videos and the strikes will be Removed.

You can also of challenge their takedown notices/ copyright claims but you will have to be certain first that you can prove if needed legally that they don't have copyright to any material in your videos be it audio or video or even something as simple as some graphics no matter how big or small the clip of such material may be.

There may be an argument for "Fair Use" or it's equivalent in your country but again if they do hold copyrights for material you may have used in your videos they can dispute that and the only one whom can actually say if it is Fair Use or not would be a Judge in court of law if they or you take legal action over it. 

It's tricky and not easy for you to find out if Company do indeed own something they can claim as copyright in your videos but if you're going to challenge them by submitting a counter notification then make sure you're 100% certain you can prove your counter claim should Company  decide to challenge it...
